MEET YOUR INSPECTOR
Hi, I’m Nick Markevich.
Owner of iQ Living Solutions. Your local home inspector in the Portland–Vancouver metro area.
Clarity for a big decision.
Buying a home can feel stressful, expensive and emotional. My goal is to give you a clear understanding of the property so you can make an informed decision.
The “iQ” in iQ Living Solutions reflects my approach: intelligent, quality inspections. I use a systematic process to gather information, then explain what it means in plain language.
I work for you.
My responsibility is to your understanding of the home. I explain the findings without alarmist language and remain available for questions after the report is delivered.
English or Russian.
Ask questions in the language you’re comfortable with. I work with English- and Russian-speaking buyers and homeowners across the area.

ROOTED IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
This is home.
Outside of inspections, you’ll often find me camping, exploring the Cascades and the coast, or looking for a good espresso.
I bring that connection to the region into my work, paying attention to the moisture and weather challenges our homes face.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH CLARITY
Let’s take a closer look.
Tell me about the property. We’ll find the right inspection for you.
